The Kingston Artist's Soapbox Derby
Steve originally created the Wrenchosaurus in 1998 with 100 open-end wrenches for the Kingston Artists Soap Box Derby which garnered him his first 1st place win. Then in 2002 he realized that Wrenchosaurus needed 400 more wrenches, a two-tone paint job, and to be a self-respecting dragon, fire shooting out of its mouth. Again he won 1st place. The Artist's Soapbox Derby and Kinetic Sculpture Race is presented annually by the Donskoj Gallery and the City of Kingston, NY.
